1. Acceptance of Participation
By signing this agreement, I confirm that I wish to participate in the Pakistan
AeroPress Championship 2026 ("PAC 2026") and that the information I provided
during registration is accurate and complete.
2. Competition Rules
I agree to:
- Follow all official Pakistan AeroPress Championship 2026 competition rules and procedures.
- Follow any official World AeroPress Championship (WAC) rules adopted by the organizers.
- Attend the competitor briefing if scheduled.
- Follow instructions provided by judges, organizers, volunteers, and event staff.
- Compete fairly and respectfully throughout the event.
3. Sportsmanship
I understand that PAC 2026 promotes professionalism, respect, and community.
I agree to:
- Treat fellow competitors, judges, volunteers, sponsors, and spectators with respect.
- Avoid abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour.
- Accept judges' decisions as final.
- Avoid actions that could damage the reputation of the event or its organizers.
4. Equipment & Brewing
I understand that:
- Competition equipment and brewing requirements will follow the official event rules.
- I am responsible for ensuring my personal equipment complies with the published competition rules where applicable.
- I will only use ingredients and equipment permitted under the official rules.
5. Event Safety
I agree to:
- Follow all venue safety requirements.
- Handle hot water, brewing equipment, and electrical equipment responsibly.
- Immediately report any accident or unsafe condition to the organizers.
6. Photography & Media Consent
I grant the organizers permission to photograph, film, livestream, and record my participation during PAC 2026.
I understand these photographs, videos, and recordings may be used by the organizers,
event partners, and sponsors for:
- Event promotion
- Marketing
- Social media
- Website content
- Press coverage
- Future Pakistan AeroPress Championship communications
No additional compensation will be payable for such use.
7. Registration Fee
I acknowledge that:
- My registration is confirmed only after payment verification and completion of this agreement.
- Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers or another refund policy specifically applies.
8. Winner Responsibilities
If I become the Pakistan AeroPress Champion 2026, I understand that I may be invited
to represent Pakistan at the World AeroPress Championship Final.
Should I accept this opportunity, I agree to:
- Cooperate with the organizers regarding travel documentation and event requirements.
- Maintain professional conduct while representing Pakistan.
- Comply with any reasonable requirements communicated by the organizers and the World AeroPress Championship.
9. Organizer Rights
The organizers reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel a registration that does not comply with event requirements.
- Disqualify a competitor who violates the competition rules or this Code of Conduct.
- Modify schedules or operational arrangements where reasonably necessary for the successful delivery of the event.
10. Acceptance
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to comply
with this Competitor Code of Conduct Agreement.
